This first floor remodel transformed a transitional home layout into an open, modern and functional hosting space. This family enjoys hosting family and friends often, they worked closely with the Oasis team to design their dream space.

Set in Detroit's iconic Fitzgerald neighborhood, this complete rental renovation brought new life to the property. The comprehensive project included a full cosmetic overhaul, a new bathroom addition in the previously unfinished attic, and complete, top-to-bottom replacements of the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Montgomery

This project in Detroit's historic Petoskey-Otsego neighborhood involved a complete renovation that brought modern comfort and longevity to the property. The comprehensive project included adding a full bathroom in the basement and upgrading the original boiler to a brand-new forced-air system with central AC. We also installed all-new windows and completed top-to-bottom replacements of the electrical, plumbing, and sewer systems.

Virginia Park

Set in Detroit's historic Petoskey-Otsego neighborhood directly adjacent to an upcoming park, this complete duplex renovation revitalized the entire property. The comprehensive project featured a full update of both units, highlighting beautifully refinished original hardwood floors and completely gutted, modernized bathrooms. Thanks to these extensive cosmetic and functional upgrades, the fully optimized property now generates $2,600 a month in steady rental income.
